At Green Leaf, Becca works with young children, teens and their families. She works directly with children to teach skills such as emotional expression and regulation in an age-appropriate way. She also works collaboratively with parents to provide support and bridge what is taught in therapy to the home. Becca is knowledgable in the treatment of depression and anxiety, especially panic attacks, in children and teens. She is also experienced in addressing self-harm behaviors, in particular. Becca helps children who are experiencing difficult family dynamics, such as parental divorce or strained sibling relationships.

Becca draws from evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She also uses play therapy and expressive arts with her younger clients. Becca is supervised by fellow Green Leaf clinician, Sandra Concannon, LMFT 52807.

I am passionate about creating a space of safety, acceptance and genuine care for the children and families I work with. I hope to help families strengthen their connections, bring light back into their lives, and help them live wholly and intentionally together.

"I value children's intuition, inherent imagination, authenticity, and sense of resiliency. I believe in sourcing childen's unique strengths, through play and creative expression, while teaching life-skills in an environment of safety, warmth and connection." -Becca
