Meet Eric
At Green Leaf, Eric provides therapy services for kids, teens, and adults. He brings particular expertise in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Eric takes a strengths-based, affirming approach to working with neurodivergent clients, honoring the unique ways they think, process, and relate to the world. He helps clients build practical strategies to manage executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, and emotional regulation difficulties—especially as they arise in school, work, or relationships. Eric creates a supportive space where clients can explore emotional struggles, strengthen their sense of identity, and move toward more fulfilling relationships and daily experiences.
Eric has a warm and friendly presence and works to meet each client where they are. He helps clients deepen their self-understanding, develop effective coping tools, and build a greater sense of confidence and purpose. Eric works with the whole family and incorporates support for parents into the therapy process. In addition to his work with kids and teens, Eric also works directly with adults, with a special focus on supporting dads and addressing men’s issues more broadly.
Eric’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. He integrates strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Eric is currently supervised by fellow Green Leaf clinician Sandra Concannon, LMFT #52807.
I enjoy seeing clients get "unstuck" and have a "lightbulb moment." I enjoy helping teens feel a greater sense of belonging and acceptance and working alongside parents in navigating challenges
