At Green Leaf, Faith works with children, teens, and their families.  Faith works with her clients to address issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma.   With younger clients, Faith works directly with children and their families to help manage big emotions and difficult behaviors. She is also particularly skilled at helping children and teens reduce self-harm behaviors and improve their self-efficacy by drawing from clients' individual inner strengths. Faith has a speciality focus in crisis stabilization. She is proficient in working with LGBTQ+ youth and provides a safe, inclusive space for her clients.

Faith's approach is client-centered and draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  She also integrates interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) into her practice. She is additionally experienced in Solution-Focused Therapy.   Faith is supervised by fellow Green Leaf clinician, Sandra Concannon, LMFT #52807.

My goal is to allow my clients the chance to feel supported in a nonjudgmental and compassionate way. I encourage my clients to self-advocate for themselves, while remaining open to my being a part of their healing process and journey to finding self-love, forgiveness, and compassion. I am passionate about helping children and adolescents learn to feel safe, accepted, and confident, while having the tools they need to communicate with the world around them. -Faith
