I create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that allows my clients to share their own unique story and worldview. In this way, I cultivate a space for clients to be seen and heard to work through any life challenges they may be experiencing. I am passionate about helping clients connect with their authentic self and becoming comfortable bringing it out.
"Part of a mindful approach means helping increase a client’s awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Once they increase their awareness, they then have a choice in how to proceed in life." - Jack
