Meet Hannah
At Green Leaf, Hannah provides compassionate support to children, families, and adults. She brings particular expertise in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and intense emotions. Hannah works collaboratively with individuals to foster emotional regulation, strengthen coping strategies, and build resilience.
Her approach emphasizes connection and whole-family involvement. Hannah partners with caregivers to develop effective, nurturing responses to their child’s emotional and behavioral challenges. She also collaborates with key figures in a child's life—such as teachers and school staff—to ensure continuity between therapy, home, and school environments.
Grounded in evidence-based practices, Hannah incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness into her work. She is currently supervised by fellow Green Leaf clinician Sandra Concannon, LMFT #52807.
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where children,
teens, and families feel seen and heard. I highly value helping clients better
understand their emotions and providing practical tools to support emotional
regulation, manage anxiety, and build healthier patterns.
I believe in the importance of working with the whole family to support the child’s growth and strengthen relationships, fostering lasting change and connection both in and outside of the therapy room.
