Meet Andrew
At Green Leaf, Andrew works with kids and families as well as individual adults, particularly men. With children and teens, Andrew uses developmentally appropriate, skills-based strategies to support emotional regulation, social development, and executive functioning. He works closely with caregivers to strengthen communication, improve consistency across environments, and create a more connected and supportive family system. Andrew has extensive experience working with anxiety and neurodiversity.

Andrew is keenly aware of the pressures facing men. He specializes in supporting individuals navigating stress, emotional regulation challenges, and complex life transitions. His unique background and training allow him to effectively support high-level athletes and professionals facing performance demands, identity shifts, and burnout. He emphasizes maintaining excellence while cultivating psychological flexibility, resilience, and a more sustainable sense of self. He helps clients manage stress, maintain effectiveness, and build a more sustainable approach to success and well-being.

Andrew’s approach integrates evidence-based, skills- and strengths-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, allowing for a flexible and individualized approach to treatment. Andrew is currently supervised by fellow Green Leaf clinician Sandra Concannon, LMFT #52807.
I place strong emphasis on emotional regulation as a foundational skill. The ability to tolerate distress, recover from setbacks, and remain engaged under pressure is central not only to mental health, but to long-term growth and effectiveness.

Across all age groups, I view therapy as a space to build both insight and practical tools—helping clients move toward a way of functioning that is not only successful, but sustainable.
