At Green Leaf, we're keenly aware of the connection between mind and body. Our children's emotional health is greatly impacted by their physical health and vise versa! Our clinicians are trained in behavioral medicine strategies that include helping children acclimate to new diagnoses and lifestyle changes, manage physical symptoms, and develop healthy behaviors. In particular, we use CBT strategies to help families manage challenges around bedtime and sleep. Our treatment plans take a comprehensive lens to consider the whole health of the child!
